Thirty Years of Massage Therapy Experience

Massage therapy has been an important part of my professional life for 30 years.

As a NYS licensed massage therapist, I tailor massage sessions according to the individual rather than assuming everyone needs the same type of massage.

My massage services include Prenatal Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, and Pain Relief Massage.

Each approach has a different emphasis.

Swedish Massage can provide a more relaxation centered experience. Deep Tissue allows for focused work involving deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Trigger Point techniques can provide attention to specific areas of muscular tension, while Myofascial Release focuses on fascia.

Prenatal Massage is adapted for expectant mothers, and Pain Relief Massage provides an individualized approach for clients seeking massage focused on areas of physical discomfort or muscular tension.
