My approach to holistic wellness is informed by decades of professional experience working directly with clients.

I have been a NYS licensed massage therapist for 30 years. Over that time, I have learned how important it is to listen to each person rather than assume that everyone needs the same thing.

My nine years of Reiki practice as a Reiki Master have further expanded my work, while HeartMath has added another area of wellness to my practice since 2025.

These experiences are different, but the philosophy connecting them is consistent.

I believe in individualized care, intentional wellness, and respecting the person in front of me.
